Deposit Panel: Admin sends to Zenodo, Deputy as backup

The vetting pipeline

What happens between a member clicking “submit” and a record appearing in the public catalog with a DOI.

Choose track and submit

Research, or policy and professional — each shows its own metadata fields.

Under review

Editorial team reviews. Policy and Professional items may get a private co-reviewer.

Revisions

If needed, the item is returned to the author with comments.

Approved

Admin signs off — cleared for deposit.

05

Deposited

Admin (or deputy) deposits on Zenodo and records the DOI.

06

Published

Appears in the public catalog, linked to Zenodo.
